Go Vegan Govan are hosting a week long super auction with prizes on offer from local businesses. There will be something to tickle everyone's fancy so stay up to date on prize announcements and get your bids in!
Bidding starts at 5 PM on 24 April and ends at 5 PM on 1 May.
All proceeds go to the Sunny G fundraising campaign to help keep the doors open.

Bids should be made in comments (Facebook) or replies (Twitter) section of official auction posts

The highest bid for each lot at 5 PM on 1 May 2021 will be the winner
Winners will be contacted directly about the results
Winners will pay directly into the Sunny G PayPal account
Sunny G will arrange to get winners their prizes. However, some prizes must be collected from the station or winners will need to pay extra for postage.

We are creating an all inclusive, relaxed but professional experience. We are also a vegan friendly studio and we are constantly making progress towards being eco friendly in every aspect we can."

Live Today by Steg G
If you don't already know, Steg G is an award winning Hip Hop artist from Glasgow, Scotland. He's actively involved in music education, broadcasting and community development.
An album that makes you stop, sit up and listen, ’Live Today’ is an exploration of masculinity rooted in the streets of Govan. The album is written, produced and composed by Steg G, aka Steven Gilfoyle, who was the winner of the 2019 Scottish Alternative Music Award for Best Hip Hop.
Commissioned by Glasgow regeneration orchestra, The Glasgow Barons, Steg G is joined on his new album by some of Scotland’s leading rappers including Solareye from Stanley Odd, Empress, Govan rap duo CCTV, and Freestyle Master. Together, they fearlessly get under the skin of a range of challenging themes: from unemployment, substance abuse and religion, to poverty, crime, mental health and issues around social media.
The 2021 album picks up where his acclaimed 2019 album ‘The Air Inbetween’ left off and sets about capturing life in Govan over a 24-hour period.

Established and run by musicians with catering backgrounds, Trusty Buck’s was set up in 2019 with the vision of offering complete bar-catering-live music events packages.
Due to the COVID-19 situation Trusty Buck's switched their business model, and began developing an on demand home delivery service beginning from their food truck in a Pollokshields garden.
They have now opened their first delivery kitchen, and plan to open our first sit-in eatery sometime in 2021!

Make Do and Grow is a social enterprise focussed on supporting growing families, developing creativity and encouraging reuse.
Our children's shop and crafty kids workshop is in Burleigh Street, central Govan. Whilst the restrictions have closed our premises, we've been busy behind doors, making up and delivering creative activity packs, family support bundles and digital devices alongside running weekly online and outdoors arts and crafts sessions for children of all ages. We have delivered over 3000 arts packs and run over 100 online activities.

It turned out to be a great help and very therapeutic and encouraged me to manage my life and also help my late wife Anna who suffered from Alzheimer’s to get out and about and she accompanied me everywhere when involved in learning various skills at the Craft Cafe, Urban Roots and Alzheimer’s groups. I like to do work for charity and when the opportunity to help Sunny Govan Radio raise much needed funds I was happy to donate."

1 night stay at The Hut at Tribe Animal Sanctuary Scotland
The hut contains a sink, microwave, kettle, minifridge and heater. The double bed in the mezzanine will be made up for you, and if you require the bed settee, the bedding for this will be stored under the settee. You can make it up when you are ready to go to bed. Sheets and towels are provided. There are table and chairs and a fire pit outside the hut, please bring wood if you'd like to use the pit. The shower and toilet are in a separate hut nearby, you will have exclusive use of these during your stay.
You can park next to the hut and there is a pub and an Italian restaurant a lovely 30 min walk away. The area is beautiful with great walks, including the Clyde Walkway.
If you'd like to see the animals during your stay, you can join us on our evening rounds. Please coordinate with TASS in advance if you'd like to join in.
